Upon successfully placing a candidate within your organization, a commission fee of 29% will be levied, calculated based on the candidate’s annual remuneration package.

This service ensures our dedicated focus on continually identifying high-caliber candidates that align with your strategic goals and culture, preparing you for seamless hiring as new roles open up.

Monthly Retainer Option Starting at €9,000/month
Best suited for organizations with consistent high-level staffing needs, our monthly retainer option ensures that we are always proactively searching for the best talent to fill your future senior roles. A minimum commitment of 3 months is required.

Reduced Commission 20%
In the event of a successful hire while under the retainer agreement, a reduced commission fee of 20% will be applied, calculated based on the candidate’s annual remuneration package.

- 80% payback of the commission fee if the candidate leaves within the first month.
- 50% payback of the commission fee if the candidate leaves within the first two months.
- 20% payback of the commission fee if the candidate leaves within the first three months.
